## About the Role

* Mindestens 5 Jahre Berufserfahrung als Projektkoordinator:in oder Projektmanager:in im Pharma-, Biotech- oder regulierten Life-Science-Umfeld
 * Abgeschlossenes Studium (naturwissenschaftlich, pharmazeutisch oder wirtschaftswissenschaftlich) - entscheidend ist die einschlägige Berufspraxis, nicht die Fachrichtung
 * Fundierte Routine im GMP-/GxP-Umfeld, idealerweise mit Bezug zu External Manufacturing, Lifecycle Management, CMC oder Tech Transfer
 * Sicherer Umgang mit MS Project und MS Office; Jira-Kenntnisse wünschenswert
 * Verhandlungssichere Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse für die tägliche Abstimmung mit internationalen Partnern
 * Strukturierte, eigenverantwortliche Arbeitsweise und ausgeprägte Kommunikationsstärke im Umgang mit unterschiedlichen Fachbereichen
 * Verständnis der eigenen Rolle als operative Koordinationsinstanz - nicht als Linien- oder Budgetverantwortliche:r

## Description

* Operative Koordination von je zwei parallel laufenden Pharma-Projekten in unterschiedlichen Phasen (Aufbau und Umsetzung)
 * Steuerung von 4-6 Stakeholdern je Projekt aus Regulatory Affairs, Supply Chain, Marketing und Product Management
 * Planung, Tracking und Nachverfolgung von Meilensteinen, Deliverables und Timelines in MS Project
 * Aufgaben- und Maßnahmensteuerung in Jira
 * Vorbereitung, Moderation und Nachbereitung von Projekt-Meetings sowie Statusreporting an den Head External Supplier Management
 * Aktives Risiko- und Schnittstellenmanagement zwischen internen Bereichen und externen Produktionspartnern in Frankreich und Griechenland
 * Sicherstellung der Einhaltung regulatorischer und GMP-relevanter Standards in der Projektsteuerung
