## About the Role

* Strong technical support and help desk support skills, with experience handling user inquiries and incident resolution.
 * Hands-on experience with desktop computers, including installation, configuration, and basic hardware maintenance.
 * Proficiency in troubleshooting common software, operating system, and network connectivity issues.
 * Ability to provide printer support, including setup, configuration, and resolving print-related problems.
 * Familiarity with Windows and/or macOS environments, basic networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP), and common business productivity tools.
 * Clear spoken and written communication skills, with a customer-focused approach and the ability to explain technical issues in simple terms.
 * Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple support requests in a fast-paced environment.
 * Prior experience in a help desk or IT support role is preferred.
