## About the Role

Microsoft .NET, Testing, Lead Generation, User Interface Design, Design Document, Wireframes, Mock Up, User Interface/Experience (UI/UX), Entity Relationship Diagram (ERD), Architectural Services, The PSE SLDS Portal Developer will be a mid-level to senior-level application developer with 5 years professional experience with the web application technologies (to be determined) used for the PSE SLDS Portal., * Proficiency in C# and .NET (preferably .NET 810), including asynchronous programming, dependency injection, and modern design patterns. - Required

 * Hands on experience building applications with Blazor and Razor components. - Required
 * Strong understanding of routing, component lifecycle, state management, data binding, and general web application architecture - Required
 * Experience developing RESTful APIs in ASP.NET Core and integrating them with front end Blazor components. - Required
 * Solid experience with SQL Server 2022, including database schema design, stored procedures, functions, triggers, indexes, and performance optimization. - Required
 * Strong T SQL skills for writing and optimizing complex queries. - Required

## Description

The Portal Developer leads the design, programming, and testing work for the first stages of the Portal. Responsibilities include-but are not limited to-the following:

 * Develop conceptual front-end design documents, e.g., wire frames or UI mockups in coordination with OA Client staff to meet Keystone Design System (KDS) requirements.
 * Develop back-end technical documents, e.g., data dictionaries, entity relationship diagrams (ERDs), and other architectural documents to assist in development.
 * Serve as lead programmer for the PSE SLDS Portal web application.
 * Coordinate with OA Client staff as necessary to identify network, database, application, and other technical requirements & specifications.
 * Coordinate with the GGDC Project Manager and other staff to identify status, risks, obstacles, or other items that may impact the PSE SLDS Portal development roadmap.
 * Serve as the lead testing contact for the PSE SLDS Portal web application, develop & perform test cases, and perform remediation of identified system bugs and other deficiencies.
