## Description

We're seeking a Tax Software Support Contractor to provide remote support for a leading tax software program. This opportunity is ideal for independent contractors who want to deliver empathetic, tech-enabled service during peak season.  * Set your own schedule
 * Provide a distraction-free home office

 * Handle customer calls, assess needs, and solve problems

Compensation

 * Submit invoices and receive payment for completed services pursuant to contract
 * Invoice $0.34 per talk time minute for providing services during the 2026 tax season
 * Agents new to the program are eligible to receive a $300 incentive for meeting client metrics through Tax Day.
 * Additional performance-based pay may be announced during the season.
 * ICs are responsible for their own taxes and expenses., * Provide exceptional customer care (not tax advice) to users of the largest tax software providers in the nation.
 * Intuit Independent Contractor Agents provide product support and service with a smile by interacting with customers via Screenshare.
 * Research and locate answers to tax software questions within Intuit's digital library, while maintaining reassuring engagement with the customer.
 * Use your analytical, critical thinking, and organizational skills in combination with your troubleshooting and problem-solving knowledge to quickly provide solutions.
 * Demonstrate a sincere desire to assist the customer and put the customer's needs first.
