## Description

We are seeking an experienced Fashion Domain Expert / Business Analyst to drive the discovery and requirement gathering phase for an SAP S/4HANA implementation., The role will focus on understanding business processes, documenting requirements, and supporting solution blueprinting aligned with SAP Fashion Management capabilities. Fashion Domain Expert / Business Analyst to lead discovery and requirement gathering for SAP implementation, focusing on process mapping, blueprinting, and stakeholder alignment., * Lead business workshops to capture current (AS-IS) and future (TO-BE) processes

 * Gather, validate, and document business & functional requirements (BRD/FRD, user stories)
 * Perform process analysis across fashion industry domains (Merchandising, Assortment Planning, Procurement, Inventory, Logistics)

Process & Solution Analysis

 * Translate business requirements into functional solution design aligned with SAP S/4
 * Identify process gaps, improvement areas, and transformation opportunities
 * Collaborate with functional consultants and architects for solution feasibility and alignment

Blueprinting Support

 * Support creation of business blueprint documents and process flows
 * Facilitate stakeholder reviews and obtain sign-offs on requirements and scope
 * Assist in defining integration touchpoints and dependencies across modules

Stakeholder Management

 * Work closely with business users, SMEs, and IT stakeholders
 * Act as a bridge between business and technical teams
 * Drive alignment across cross-functional teams (Retail/Fashion, Supply Chain, Finance)

Documentation & Governance

 * Create and maintain process flows, functional specs, and discovery deliverables
 * Ensure documentation quality and traceability of requirements
 * Support preparation of client-ready presentations and reports
