## About the Role

· 10 à 15 ans d'expérience en IT

· Expérience réussie en tant que :

o DSI ou Directeur IT

o ou Head of IT avec forte responsabilité

Connaissances techniques

· Environnements legacy (AS400 ou équivalent)

· Architectures modernes (web, API, data)

· Connaissance des enjeux data (fort atout)

· Culture Dev / Agile appréciée, · Formation : Bac +5.

## Description

Dans le cadre d'un remplacement temporaire, ce poste est à pourvoir en CDD renouvelable.

Rattaché au Directeur de la Transformation et des Fonctions Support, vous pilotez l'ensemble du système d'information:

Missions principales

· Définir et piloter la stratégie IT en cohérence avec les enjeux métiers

· Assurer la performance opérationnelle du SI (RUN & delivery)

· Piloter les programmes structurants

· Structurer les processus IT

· Manager et faire monter en compétence les équipes internes

· Piloter les prestataires (contrats, performance, dépendance)

· Développer une culture agile et orientée delivery

· Garantir la sécurité des systèmes et la conformité (RGPD)

· Assurer la relation avec les directions métiers et les partenaires externes

SI & applicatif

· SI cœur métier basé sur AS400 (en transformation)

· Applications clés : Intranet, Infonet, MICADO

· Futur socle Data (à construire)

Infrastructures & environnement

· Postes de travail

· Réseaux LAN/WAN (partiellement)

· Serveurs & environnements applicatifs

· Messagerie & outils collaboratifs
