## About the Role

The successful candidate will troubleshoot technical issues, monitor system performance, maintain documentation, and support employees with IT-related needs. This role requires strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple technical priorities., * Experience in IT systems administration or a related technical role.

 * Knowledge of Windows and/or Linux operating systems.
 * Understanding of networking fundamentals, including DNS, DHCP, TCP/IP, and VPNs.
 * Experience managing user accounts, permissions, and endpoint devices.
 * Familiarity with system monitoring, backups, patch management, and security practices.
 * Strong troubleshooting, communication, and organizational skills.
 * Ability to prioritize tasks and work independently or collaboratively.

Preferred Skills

 * Experience with Microsoft 365, Active Directory, or Microsoft Entra ID.
 * Familiarity with virtualization platforms and cloud services.
 * Knowledge of endpoint management and cybersecurity best practices.
 * Experience with IT ticketing systems and technical documentation.
 * Relevant certifications, such as CompTIA Network+, Security+, or Microsoft certifications.

## Description

* Install, configure, maintain, and upgrade operating systems, servers, and business applications.
 * Monitor system performance, availability, and security.
 * Manage user accounts, permissions, access controls, and authentication settings.
 * Troubleshoot hardware, software, network, and connectivity issues.
 * Maintain backup procedures and assist with disaster recovery planning.
 * Apply system updates, security patches, and configuration changes.
 * Support Microsoft 365, email systems, endpoint devices, and collaboration tools as needed.
 * Document IT procedures, system configurations, incidents, and resolutions.
 * Coordinate with vendors and service providers to resolve technical issues.
 * Follow IT security policies and help protect company data and systems.
