## About the Role

Overview We are seeking an experienced real-time embedded software engineer with strong C/C++ skills and hands-on Hardware-in-the-Loop (HWIL) experience. This role is fully onsite in Grand Prairie, TX and requires an active Secret clearance., * Active Secret clearance (required)

 * 8+ years of professional experience in embedded/real-time software engineering
 * Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or related field
 * Proficiency in C/C++ (C++11 or higher)
 * Proficiency working in Linux environments and real-time operating environments
 * Prior HWIL experience with real-time embedded systems
 * Experience with simulation systems
 * Ability to work onsite full-time in Grand Prairie, TX on the specified 4x10 schedule

Preferred qualifications

 * Ada experience
 * Full software development life cycle experience
 * Experience working in cross-discipline, cross-functional teams
 * Experience with Git/GitLab and Jira
 * Agile/Scrum experience
