## Description

* Experience with AWS, Linus and Windows servers, Jenkins and Puppet.
 * Support cloud application architecture, development, and engineering activities, ensuring alignment with Sponsor technical and security baselines.
 * Coordinate with system engineers, cybersecurity engineers, and DevSecOps personnel for solution planning and implementation.
 * Conduct daily O&M tasks, including audit log reviews, access control management, configuration updates, backup verification, patching, and service availability checks.
 * Maintain compliance with continuous audit monitoring requirements, system security plans (SSPs), and ATO commitments.
 * Support Agile/Scrum ceremonies, document work in Jira/Confluence, and coordinate with cross-functional engineering and development teams.
 * Lead troubleshooting and remediation of cloud incidents, including outages, performance degradation, backup failures, and misconfigurations.
 * Use automated recovery workflows, scripted restore routines, and environment rebuild procedures to restore services quickly and reliably.
 * Perform root-cause analysis, implement corrective actions, and feed insights back into operational runbooks and automation pipelines.
