* Associate's degree in information technology or equivalent experience.
 * Strong understanding of computer hardware and software systems.

 * General Knowledge of Microsoft Exchange (On-Premise and Online)

We are looking for a IT Support Specialist who will contribute to the success of the IT Team, applying their expertise in IT Support to support the achievement of team and company goals and deliver innovative, reliable solutions. In this role, the successful candidate will collaborate effectively with colleagues and cross-functional teams, demonstrate strong problem-solving and decision-making skills, and maintain a commitment to professional excellence, quality and continuous improvement., This role will be a part of a growing team that helps drive the success of the IT department by providing excellent customer service and technology experience. The IT Support Specialist will ensure PMS's systems are efficient, secure and up to date, providing IT support and expertise to keep everything running smoothly across our global operations. The ideal candidate will possess a strong sense of curiosity and willingness to learn and grow with a blend of technical expertise, problem-solving skills, and customer focus., * Provide first and second-level technical support for Particle Measuring Systems, software applications, and related hardware.

 * Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues efficiently and effectively, escalating complex problems as needed.
 * Install, configure, and maintain computer hardware and software systems.
 * Provide remote and on-site technical support to customers as required.
 * Document and track customer issues and resolutions.
 * Maintain inventory of hardware and software assets.
 * Participate in the development and improvement of IT support processes and procedures.
 * Manage AD users and groups, permissions, and email systems.
 * Support Microsoft 365/Azure environment with emphasis on Outlook, Microsoft Teams, OneDrive and SharePoint applications
 * Continuously evaluate processes for improvements in efficiency, quality, and safety
