## About the Role

CCNP - Cisco Certified Network Professional, Network Support, Firewall Administration, Network Security, Network Administration/Management, CCNA - Cisco Certified Network Associate, Identify Issues, Cisco ASA (Adaptive Security Appliance), Firewalls, Network Performance/Analysis, We are seeking an experienced Infrastructure Engineer to maintain and troubleshoot enterprise networks, configure firewalls, and support network security. Candidates should have strong networking skills and CCNA or CCNP certification., * 7+ years of enterprise network operations experience.

 * Strong knowledge of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, routing, and switching.
 * Hands-on experience with IPAM-DDI solutions.
 * Experience configuring and maintaining Cisco ASA, Cisco FTD, or FortiGate firewalls.
 * Knowledge of LAN/WAN, MPLS, wireless networking, and network security.
 * Experience with network monitoring tools such as Splunk or SolarWinds.
 * Experience with Unix/Linux environments.
 * Cisco CCNA or CCNP certification.
 * Strong troubleshooting, communication, and technical documentation skills.
 * Must live within 50 miles of Bridgman, MI, and work onsite
 * Must be eligible and willing to convert to permanent employment without sponsorship.

## Description

* Design, configure, maintain, and troubleshoot enterprise network infrastructure.
 * Install and manage Cisco ASA, Cisco FTD, and FortiGate firewalls.
 * Monitor network performance and resolve complex connectivity issues.
 * Implement network security updates and vulnerability remediation.
 * Support routing, switching, LAN/WAN, wireless, and data center networks.
 * Manage network incidents, configuration changes, and technical documentation.
 * Develop infrastructure solutions, project plans, cost estimates, and technical recommendations.
 * Participate in on-call support and provide technical guidance to team members
