Erstellung von User Journey, Wireframes and Flows, inklusive Gestaltung von User-Stories Begleitung des Entwicklungszykluses sowie die Durchführung von qualitativen und quantitativen Nutzerforschungen Sicherstellung eines technisch und modular machbaren Aufbaus von UX/UI Designs Mitarbeit bei der Prozess- und Produktoptimierung in enger Zusammenarbeit mit den verschiedenen Fachabteilungen Fachliche Durchführung von Usability Tests sowie die damit einhergehende Dokumentation
