Verantwortung für die Planung und Integration von Sicherheitslösungen bei den Kunden, inkl. Firewalls, Virenschutz und VPN-Anbindungen Betreuung der Kundenprojekte von der Planung bis zum erfolgreichen Abschluss sowie Pflege der Projektdokumentation und Überwachung der Ressourcen Durchführung von Hard- und Softwareinstallationen bei den Kunden Verwaltung und Wartung der Windows-Systeme im Client/Server-Betrieb Übernahme von Fehleranalysen und -behebungen im Rahmen des 2nd-Level-Supports
