This role partners with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure data integrity, develop actionable insights, optimize processes, and support system and partner integration activities. The position serves as a subject matter expert for reporting, data quality, and operational analytics while driving continuous improvement across the organization. Your Impact Lead reporting, analytics, and data management initiatives supporting business objectives. Develop and maintain dashboards, scorecards, and performance reporting for operational and leadership teams. Analyze data to identify trends, business opportunities, operational risks, and process improvement opportunities. Establish and maintain data quality controls, validation processes, and governance standards. Investigate data discrepancies, perform root-cause analysis, and implement corrective actions. Partner with business and IT teams on system enhancements, integrations, testing, and implementation projects.
