Job Summary: IT Support Technician

 - Provide Tier 1 3 technical support to enterprise users
 - Image, deploy, and maintain Windows, Mac, and Linux devices
 - Manage user accounts and permissions using Active Directory
 - Set up and support hardware (laptops, desktops, peripherals)
 - Oversee desktop lifecycle: provisioning, upgrades, and retirement
 - Use ticketing systems to track and resolve support issues
 - Collaborate with team members to resolve complex technical problems
 - Maintain clear communication with users to ensure satisfaction
 - Flexible work shifts: 8:00 AM 6:30 PM or 10:00 AM 8:30 PM, on-site
