Integration von Sicherheitsfeatures sowie die Wartung und Administration von Servern, inkl. direkter Ansprechpartner bei Software- und Hardwareanfragen per Telefon und vor Ort Übernahme des 2nd und 3rd Level Supports, inkl. Mitwirkung am Störungsmanagement und die damit verbundene Fehlereingrenzung und Fehlerbehebung Weiterentwicklung und Pflege der verschiedenen IT-Systeme Installation und Konfiguration von eingesetzten Clients Pflege und Erstellung von Dokumentationen sowie die Annahme von organisatorischen und beratungsrelevanten Tätigkeiten
