Administration der VDI Infrastruktur und deren Dokumentationen sowie die automatisierte Installation von virtuellen Servern Untersuchung und Diagnose von Infrastruktur- und Anwenderproblemen im 2nd Level Support Pflege und Monitoring von Kundenumgebungen Bearbeitung und Dokumentation von Anfragen im jeweiligen Ticket-System Durchführung von Workshops und die damit verbundene Präsentation der Ergebnisse Übernahme einer systematischen Pflege der eingesetzten Managementsysteme und -Werkzeuge
