Verantwortung für die Übernahme der Problemanalyse und Ticketbearbeitung des Weiteren Behebung von Störungen im Rahmen des technischen 1st- und 2nd-Level-Supports Nutzerbetreuung am Arbeitsplatz des Nutzers sowie Ansprechpartner und Unterstützer für alle Fragen rund um das Thema Hard- und Softwarebetrieb Erstellung und Pflege von Dokumentationen für den IT-Helpdesk und die damit verbundene Weiterleitung Unterstützung und aktive Mitarbeit bei IT-Projekten
