Aufnahme und Bearbeitung von Kundenanfragen im Helpdesk sowie die Aufnahme von Störungen per Telefon und E-Mail im 1st Level-Support Übernahme von Fehleranalysen, -Priorisierungen, -behebung und -dokumentationen, inkl. Erstellung und Pflege von Tickets Installation, Konfiguration, Aktualisierung und Sicherstellung der Funktionsfähigkeit der eingesetzten Soft- und Hardware (Laptops, Drucker, iPhones und Peripheriegeräte) Mitarbeit bei der ständigen IT-Prozessoptimierung
