Verantwortung für die Leitung und Steuerung von IT-Projekten unterschiedlicher Größenordnungen, von der Planung bis zur erfolgreichen Umsetzung Koordination und Führung von Projektteams, bestehend aus internen und externen Mitarbeitern, zur Erreichung der Projektziele Analyse von Anforderungen und Entwicklung maßgeschneiderter IT-Lösungen in Zusammenarbeit mit den Fachabteilungen Überwachung des Projektfortschritts, Durchführung von Risikomanagement sowie Sicherstellung der Einhaltung von Zeitplänen und Budgets Kommunikation und regelmäßiges Reporting an Stakeholder, die Geschäftsführung und Kunden Entwicklung und Implementierung von Projektmanagement-Standards und -Methoden im Unternehmen Sicherstellung der Qualität und Effizienz der Projekte durch kontinuierliche Prozessoptimierung Unterstützung bei der strategischen Planung und Priorisierung von IT-Projekten
