## Description

* Weiterentwicklung von Kundenbeziehungen sowie stetige Optimierung der IT-Services
 * Service Level Management, insbesondere Qualitätskontrolle und -sicherung für kundenspezifische SLAs
 * Identifikation von Kundenanforderungen und Mitwirkung am kontinuierlichen Verbesserungsprozess
 * Eskalationsinstanz bei Störungen und Ableitung von Optimierungsmaßnahmen
 * Moderation und Durchführung von Service Meetings
 * Regelmäßige Berichterstattung auf Basis der erstellten Service Reports und Kanalisierung von Kundenanforderungen
 * Abstimmung mit dem Vertrieb bei vertraglichen und kaufmännischen Fragestellungen zur Etablierung einer hohen Kundenzufriedenheit
 * Begleitung von Prüfungshandlungen und Audits
 * Kommunikation von Störungsursachen (RCA) und Maßnahmen zur nachhaltigen Behebung im Problem Management
