Betreuung der hausinternen IT-Infrastruktur mit Clients, Windows- und Linux-Servern sowie die Netzwerk-Infrastruktur zur Sicherstellung eines reibungslosen Betriebs Pflege und Instandhaltung der ERP-Systeme und Datenbanken (Microsoft SQL) Beschaffung, Installation, Aufbau und Instandsetzung von Hardware und Software Übernahme des 1st und 2nd Level Supports inklusive Dokumentation Installation und Pflege von Kundenanwendungen auf Client und Server Planung und Umsetzung von IT-Projekten und spezifischen Anwendungen Steuerung und enge Zusammenarbeit mit externen Dienstleistern Unterstützung der kaufmännischen und technischen Fachabteilungen bei der Optimierung IT-gestützter Abläufe
