Verantwortlich für Projektplanung, -management und -controlling im Rahmen von ERP- und CRM-Projekten in enger Abstimmung mit Projektpartnern und Lieferanten Erstellung von Projektbeschreibungen, -reviews, Reports sowie User-Stories Kontinuierliche Weiterentwicklung der CRM-Plattform für neue Use Cases und Änderungen von Nutzungs-Anforderungen Ansprechperson sowohl für Endanwender als auch für die zentralen IT-Fachbereiche Durchführung von Wartungs- und Serviceleistungen Fehleranalyse und Teilnahme an der Erarbeitung von Lösungen Regelmäßige Erstellung von Statusberichten und Dokumentationen Mitwirkung bei der Optimierung von Prozessen
