## About the Role

* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Software Engineering, or another relevant discipline is required
 * 3+ years of experience in application development, systems analysis, technical project leadership, or enterprise application support
 * Experience gathering, documenting, and translating business requirements into technical solutions
 * Experience developing, configuring, enhancing, and supporting business applications and workflows
 * Strong understanding of software development lifecycle methodologies and project execution practices
 * Experience with enterprise application support, troubleshooting, testing, and implementation activities
 * Proficiency with SQL and relational database technologies
 * Experience with modern programming and development technologies such as: C#, .NET, Python, JavaScript, PowerShell, Web development frameworks and tools
 * Experience integrating applications and working with APIs, databases, and enterprise systems
 * Experience with reporting and data visualization solutions such as Power BI is preferred
 * Experience leading projects and coordinating activities across technical and business teams
 * Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
 * Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
 * Experience supporting manufacturing, supply chain, engineering, quality, or business operations environments is a plus
 * Exposure to cloud technologies, automation platforms, low-code development tools, or AI-enabled solutions is preferred
 * Self-motivated with a continuous improvement mindset and a passion for leveraging technology to solve business challenges

## Description

As our Senior Data Developer, you will make critical contributions by holding responsibility for:

 * Lead technical projects from concept through implementation and support
 * Partner with business stakeholders to identify requirements, challenges, and opportunities for improvement
 * Analyze existing business processes and recommend technology-based solutions to improve efficiency and effectiveness
 * Develop, configure, enhance, and support business applications, databases, workflows, integrations, and reporting solutions
 * Coordinate project activities across IT teams, vendors, and business partners
 * Manage project scope, priorities, schedules, risks, and deliverables
 * Develop technical documentation, process documentation, testing plans, and support procedures
 * Support application testing, validation, deployment, and user acceptance activities
 * Troubleshoot complex application and system issues and coordinate resolution efforts
 * Ensure solutions comply with cybersecurity, governance, architectural, and operational standards
 * Identify opportunities to modernize applications and introduce automation capabilities
 * Support integration of enterprise systems and data sources across the business
 * Evaluate emerging technologies and recommend innovative solutions that align with business objectives
 * Provide technical guidance and leadership to project teams and stakeholders
 * Maintain strong working relationships with internal customers to ensure technology solutions continue to meet evolving business needs
