## Description

We are looking for an experienced Salesforce Architect with strong hands-on expertise in Salesforce Service Cloud to design, develop, and implement scalable Salesforce solutions. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in Salesforce architecture, CRM solutions, system integrations, and enterprise-level implementations., * Design and implement scalable Salesforce solutions, with a primary focus on Service Cloud.

 * Define Salesforce architecture, technical standards, integration patterns, and best practices.
 * Lead Salesforce Service Cloud implementations, enhancements, and customizations.
 * Design solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Salesforce Flow.
 * Configure Service Cloud features, including Case Management, Omni-Channel, Knowledge Management, and Service Console.
 * Integrate Salesforce with external applications and enterprise systems using REST/SOAP APIs and middleware.
 * Collaborate with business stakeholders, developers, administrators, and technical teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
 * Ensure application security, performance, scalability, and maintainability.
 * Conduct technical reviews, guide development teams, and ensure adherence to Salesforce best practices.
 * Troubleshoot complex technical issues and support deployment activities.
