## Description

* IT-Support (1st, 2nd Level) inkl. technischer Dokumentationen im Ticketsystem
 * Analyse, Priorisierung sowie Behebung von Service-Requests und Incidents sowie Troubleshooting Windows 10/11
 * Aufbau und Einrichtung von Arbeitsplätzen, Konfiguration/Installation von Hardware, Druckern und Software
 * Administration und Support im Bezug auf Active Directory (Anlage von Usern, PW, GPO'S uvm.) und der hybriden IT-Infrastruktur (MS O365, Azure)
 * On/Offboarding sowie Einweisung von Usern und Bereitstellung von Arbeitsmitteln
