Steuerung und Koordination der lokalen IT-Systeme zur Sicherstellung eines reibungslosen Betriebsablaufs Pflege und proaktive Entwicklung der IT-Infrastruktur Erster Ansprechpartner bei Hardware- und Softwareproblemen aller Mitarbeitenden im 1st Level Support Beschaffung, Installation, Konfiguration, Test, Rollout und Inbetriebnahme von Hard- und Software bei Anwendern Planung und Realisierung lokaler IT-Projekte und Unterstützung bei der Auswahl von IT-Produkten und Softwarelösungen Verantwortlich für das ERP-System Pro Alpha inklusive Administration, Customizing und Weiterentwicklung der Prozesse sowie Ansprechpartner bei Fragen Durchführung von Datenbank-Abfragen in Pro Alpha für das Controlling Erstellung und Pflege von Dokumentationen Ständige Mitwirkung an der Optimierung der Serviceprozesse und IT-Landschaft
