Übernahme der Verwaltung von Cloud-Mandanten, inklusive Bereitstellung von Templates und DevOps-Prozessen Verantwortungsvoller Support von Client-, Server-, Netzwerk- und Telekommunikationssystemen sowie Erarbeitung von Cloud basierten Konzepten Verwaltung und Dokumentation von Office-Lizenzen für Cloud-User Beratung und Betreuung der Kunden sowie professionelle Mitarbeit im 3rd Level Support Planung und Durchführung von Schulungen sowie kompetenter Ansprechpartner für Mitarbeitende in allen IT bezogenen Fragen
