Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes informationstechnisches Hochschulstudium, eine erfolgreich abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung als Fachinformatiker (m/w/d) für Systemintegration oder vergleichbare Qualifikationen Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im IT-Kundensupport, idealerweise im Microsoft Umfeld mit Kenntnissen in Microsoft SCCM Routinierter Umgang mit den gängigen MS-Office Anwendungen sowie im Umgang mit Ticketsystemen Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift von Vorteil Präzise und strukturierte Arbeitsweise sowie ein hohes Maß an Service- und Kundenorientierung Organisationsgeschick, Teamfähigkeit und eine hohe technische Affinität

Eigenständige und professionelle Bearbeitung des 1st und 2nd Level Supports Telefonische und schriftliche Annahme, Qualifizierung und Koordination von Supportanfragen, sowie die proaktive Nachverfolgung der offenen Tickets Dokumentation der identifizierten bzw. entwickelten Lösung und Erstellung der entsprechenden Dokumentation im Ticket-System Unterstützung im Clientmanagement sowie im Bereich des Mobile Device Managements Mitwirkung bei der Planung und Durchführung von IT-bezogenen Projekte
