Eigenständige und fachgerechte Bearbeitung von Tickets sowie Klassifizierung und Analyse der Störungsmeldungen, inklusive der Dokumentation von aufgetretenen Fehlersituationen Installation und Konfiguration von Hard- und Softwarekomponenten beim Kunden sowie die Erstellung und Pflege der technischen Dokumentation Betreuung des User-Supports und Sicherstellung eines reibungslosen IT-Betriebs Mithilfe im Bereich Mobile Device Management sowie im Clientmanagement Unterstützung bei IT bezogenen Projekten in Zusammenarbeit mit den Fachabteilungen
