 * Première expérience sur la partie support distant et de proximité
 * Aisance orale, + Débrouillard : capable de chercher, tester, comprendre
 + À l'aise avec les utilisateurs : patient, pédagogue
 + Réactif : sait prioriser et gérer les urgences
 + Curieux : envie d'apprendre et de progresser
 + Communicant : sait expliquer simplement un problème technique

## Description

L'objectif est clair : former un profil opérationnel, débrouillard et autonome, capable d'intervenir efficacement sur les incidents du quotidien tout en montant progressivement en compétences sur l'infrastructure., Support utilisateurs (Niveau 1 - priorité du poste)

 * Prise en charge des incidents et demandes (poste de travail, messagerie, accès, périphériques)
 * Diagnostic de premier niveau et résolution rapide
 * Assistance de proximité (physique ou à distance)
 * Accompagnement des utilisateurs dans les bonnes pratiques IT
 * Gestion du backlog ticketing

Gestion du poste de travail

 * Préparation et déploiement de postes (PC, laptops)
 * Installation et configuration (Windows, assets informatique)
 * Gestion des comptes utilisateurs AD
 * Suivi du parc informatique + inventaire

Participation à l'exploitation IT

 * Contribution aux tâches et projets courants systèmes, réseaux et sécurité
 * Support sur les outils (bureautique,pack office, application métier)
 * Participation à la documentation (procédures, fiches réflexes)

Environnement technique (indicatif)

 * Windows 10/11
 * Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Teams, SharePoint)
 * Active Directory / Azure AD
 * Outils de gestion de parc (Intune)
 * Outils de ticketing Freshservice
 * Réseau (notions de base : IP, DHCP, DNS, Wi-Fi)
