## Description

As an Bilingual Technical Support Specialist, working directly with the Support Team Lead, you'll be a vital part of our team, ensuring smooth resolution of technical incidents and client requests. This role is perfect for tech enthusiasts dedicated to delivering exceptional customer service., * Must have strong experience with the most recent versions of Microsoft Windows, and MacOS & Linux.

 * Familiar with supporting iOS, iPadOS, and Android mobile devices.
 * Acts as a technical point of contact for all employees and assists in analyzing problems and coordinating resolutions for end users and IT teams; utilizes ticket tracking systems to document, track and monitor issues.
 * Escalation point for Level 1 Technical Engineers
 * Projects Assigned by Leads to help other teams excel.
 * Responsible for Ringover's IT services.
 * Be available off hours for scheduled maintenance, critical update releases..., Remote work + monthly allowance and home office budget (chair + monitor) so you can be as comfortable at home as at the office
