De formation BAC+3 en informatique, vous avez une expérience réussie de 4 ans dans le management Support.

Compétences requises :

o Maitrise de l'environnement Microsoft (Workplace, Sharepoint, Teams)

 * Avoir un bon sens du relationnel, aimer travailler en équipe
 * Posséder un esprit d'analyse, de déduction et de synthèse

## Description

Dans le cadre du remplacement d'un collaborateur, nous recherchons un Responsable Support IT & Exploitation H/F.

Vous serez en charge des missions suivantes:

 * Management de l'équipe Support
 * Mangement de l'équipe Exploitation
 * Analyser et corriger les dysfonctionnements remontés par les utilisateurs
 * Gestion du stock informatique
 * Organisation de la hotline
 * Gestion des postes de travail et des imprimantes
 * Maintenance des positions de travail & des salles de réunions
 * Provisionning (arrivées, mouvements, départ)
 * Gestion des habilitations
 * Contribuer au respect des aspects réglementaires et à la sécurité informatique (GDPR).
