## About the Role

* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or a related field.

 * 10-15+ years of progressive IT experience, with significant experience in enterprise infrastructure, systems administration, or IT operations.
\n

 * Proven leadership experience managing large-scale enterprise infrastructure environments.
\n

 * Strong knowledge of Windows Server, Unix/Linux, enterprise storage, backup, virtualization, and disaster recovery technologies.
\n

 * Experience managing cloud infrastructure environments such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
\n

 * Demonstrated responsibility for infrastructure uptime, availability, disaster recovery, and operational performance.
\n

 * Experience managing technical teams, external vendors, and managed service providers.
\n

 * Strong financial management experience, including enterprise IT budgets, vendor contracts, and cost optimization.
\n

 * Working knowledge of ITIL practices, including incident, problem, change, capacity, and availability management.
\n

 * Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence executive leadership, technical teams, and business stakeholders.
