Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced GCP Cloud Architect to design, implement, and optimize secure, scalable, and cost-effective cloud solutions on Google Cloud Platform. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in cloud architecture, cloud-native application design, security, networking, and cloud migration, along with the ability to provide technical leadership and collaborate with cross-functional teams. Key Responsibilities Design and implement scalable, secure, and reliable cloud architectures on Google Cloud Platform to meet business and technical requirements. Develop cloud-native solutions using appropriate GCP compute, storage, networking, and managed services. Collaborate with development, operations, and security teams to integrate cloud services and ensure successful solution delivery. Conduct cloud readiness assessments and define migration strategies for moving applications and workloads to GCP. Establish and enforce cloud governance, security, compliance, and
architecture best practices. Monitor and optimize cloud performance, resource utilization, scalability, and operational costs. Provide technical leadership, architecture guidance, and mentorship to engineering teams. Lead cloud migration initiatives, addressing technical dependencies, risks, and implementation challenges. Document architecture designs, technical decisions, standards, processes, and operational procedures. Stay current with emerging GCP services, cloud architecture patterns, and industry best practices.
