Bases solides en environnement Windows 10/11 et Windows Server

 - Connaissances en réseaux : TCP/IP, DHCP, DNS, VPN, LAN/WAN

 - Notions Active Directory et Microsoft 365

 - Bases en sécurité informatique appréciées, En cours de BAC+3 Réseaux & Télécoms, Informatique ou équivalent

 - Première expérience souhaitée (stage, projet personnel ou associatif)

 - Permis B OBLIGATOIRE (déplacements fréquents chez les clients)

 - Qualités : curiosité technique, autonomie, sens du service client, rigueur

## Description

Au sein de notre équipe, vous interviendrez sur les missions suivantes :

 - Support utilisateurs (Helpdesk)

Prise en charge des incidents de niveau 1 et 2, assistance à distance et sur site,

suivi des tickets.

 - Administration réseau & infrastructure

Configuration et supervision d'équipements réseau (switchs, routeurs, pare-feu), gestion Active Directory et serveurs Windows.

 - Installation & maintenance matériel

Déploiement de postes de travail, imprimantes et périphériques. Interventions régulières sur sites clients dans le sud Île-de-France.

 - Sécurité informatique

Application des bonnes pratiques de sécurité, mise à jour des systèmes, sensibilisation des utilisateurs.
