## Description

* Format donated hardware (HDD, SSD)
 * Install Windows 10 in accordance with SOPs
 * Remove valuable computer components for resale
 * Maintain updated documentation on PCs and licenses
 * Inventory and assess computers and electronics as they arrive
 * Oversee our Dell reconnect program and ensure proper recycling
 * Support logistics by preparing equipment for store delivery
 * Keep your workspace organized, secure, and clean
 * Work closely with Goodwill IT and donated goods teams
