The ideal candidate will have experience working on complex electro-mechanical, thermal, or energy systems and be comfortable interfacing with engineering teams across multiple disciplines., * Master's degree in Systems Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related discipline. * Minimum 7 years of experience in systems engineering for complex industrial, energy, aerospace, automotive, or electro-mechanical systems. * Demonstrated experience managing requirements using Polarion, DOORS, or similar tools. * Strong knowledge of systems engineering processes, including requirements management, architecture development, verification, and validation. * Experience applying Model-Based Systems Engineering (MBSE) principles and methodologies. * Experience working in multidisciplinary engineering environments. * Strong technical documentation and communication skills. Preferred Qualifications * Experience with fuel cells, hydrogen technologies, stationary power systems, distributed energy resources, or renewable energy systems. * Knowledge of system integration involving mechanical, electrical, software, controls, and thermal subsystems. * Experience with safety-critical or highly regulated products. * Familiarity with industry standards and development processes for energy systems. * Understanding of verification planning, test management, and product certification activities.
