Warehouse Management Solution Design

 * Lead requirement gathering workshops and fit-gap analysis with business stakeholders.
 * Design and implement warehouse management solutions aligned with business requirements.
 * Analyze current warehouse operations and recommend process improvements.
 * Define warehouse structures and storage strategies.

SAP WM Configuration & Support

 * Configure and support:
 * Warehouse Number
 * Storage Types
 * Storage Sections
 * Storage Bins
 * Quant Management
 * Transfer Requirements (TR)
 * Transfer Orders (TO)
 * Putaway Strategies
 * Picking Strategies
 * Replenishment Processes
 * Physical Inventory Processes
 * Stock Transfers and Goods Movements
 * Support warehouse monitoring and inventory accuracy initiatives.

Inbound Logistics Management

 * Configure and manage inbound delivery processes.
 * Support goods receipt and putaway operations.
 * Ensure seamless integration with SAP MM procurement processes.
 * Optimize inventory receipt and storage activities.

Outbound Logistics Management

 * Configure outbound delivery and picking processes.
 * Support packing, shipping, staging, and dispatch activities.
