HOW YOU WILL BE MEASURED: * Technical win rate on the deals you support - POCs and pilots that hit their exit criteria and convert. * Influenced revenue and pipeline progression across product, infrastructure, and consulting/advisory bookings in your territory. * Quality and reuse of the assets you produce - reference architectures, demos, and accelerators the broader field can run with. * Services and multi-phase attach - labs, deployment, and advisory engagements that grow the account. * Field collaboration - how well you and your paired AE(s) operate as a unit; AE and account-team satisfaction. * Partner co-sell - joint solutions and technical wins built with AI partner teams. * Technical qualification quality and POC/forecast reliability.
