## About the Role

* Hands-on experience delivering production-ready Copilot Studio solutions or enterprise conversational AI applications.
 * Strong working knowledge of Co-work, Power Platform, including Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse, custom connectors, Power Platform solutions, environment management, connection references, and ALM.
 * Strong understanding of Generative AI, LLM concepts, prompt engineering, RAG, grounding, agent orchestration, and AI response evaluation.
 * Working knowledge of AI-driven analytics, including Power BI, Microsoft Fabric, semantic models, DAX, SQL analytics, dashboards, natural language Q&A, AI-assisted insights, anomaly detection, and data storytelling.
 * Experience integrating enterprise systems using REST APIs, Microsoft Graph, custom connectors, authentication patterns, and Microsoft 365 services.
 * Knowledge of security, governance, and observability practices, including DLP policies, connector governance, OAuth 2.0, RBAC, managed identities/service principals, Application Insights, Azure Monitor, Copilot analytics, logging, and production support.
 * Ability to define and execute test cases for agent conversations, topics, actions, response quality, groundedness, regression testing, UAT support, and production readiness validation.
 * Ability to create technical design, integration, deployment, and support documentation.

Good-to-Have Skills

 * Exposure to Adaptive Cards, Teams app integrations, SharePoint Online, and Microsoft 365 extensibility.
 * Exposure to Power Platform CLI, Power Platform Pipelines, GitHub Actions, or deployment automation practices.
 * Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Fabric Lakehouse/Warehouse concepts, OneLake, Dataflows Gen2, governance, data quality, lineage, and access-control patterns.
 * Exposure to GitHub Copilot, GitHub Copilot Enterprise, Copilot extensions, MCP-based integrations, agent evaluation harnesses, and developer productivity tooling.
