## About the Role

* Degree in Computer Engineering or a related technical qualification.
 * Knowledge of SAP Business One, including system maintenance, configuration, and incident management.
 * Knowledge of database administration and database management systems.
 * Knowledge of Power BI and business reporting tools.
 * Ability to analyze business processes and identify opportunities for improvement.
 * Intermediate-advanced level of written and spoken English.

Technical Competencies Valued

We value candidates who demonstrate:

 * Previous experience with SAP Business One, including maintenance, troubleshooting, system updates, and user support.
 * Experience in database administration and SQL.
 * Experience developing and maintaining Power BI dashboards and reports.
 * Knowledge of business reporting and data analysis.
 * Financial or accounting knowledge will be considered a plus.
 * Experience providing IT help desk support and resolving user incidents.
 * Knowledge of system integrations and APIs will be considered an advantage., * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to investigate incidents and identify root causes.
