## About the Role

* 5+ years of Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE and Power Platform development
 * Strong hands-on experience in Dynamics 365 CE customization and development using C#, JavaScript, plugins, and custom components
 * Solid knowledge of Microsoft Dataverse, Power Apps (model-driven and canvas apps), Power Automate, and Power Pages
 * Experience with Dynamics 365 CE applications, such as Sales, Customer Service, Field Service, and Customer Insights
 * Experience designing solution architecture and integrating Dynamics 365 CE with external systems using APIs and Azure Integration Services
 * Experience with Azure DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, ALM, and deployment best practices
 * Experience with data migration, security models, and data architecture
 * Experience in pre-sales activities, including technical discovery, solution design, and effort estimation
 * Ability to communicate directly with clients, translate business needs into technical solutions, and make independent technical decisions
 * Good English communication skills, * Experience with Power BI
 * Experience mentoring developers, conducting code reviews, or providing technical guidance
 * Microsoft certifications in Dynamics 365, Power Platform, or Solution Architecture

## Description

* Design, develop, and customize Dynamics 365 CE and Power Platform solutions using C#, JavaScript, Power Apps, Power Automate, and Azure services
 * Define solution architecture, make technical decisions, and ensure solution quality, scalability, and maintainability
 * Design and implement integrations with third-party applications and external systems
 * Work directly with clients to understand requirements, propose technical approaches, and deliver suitable solutions
 * Participate in pre-sales activities, including discovery sessions, solution presentations, technical estimations, and proposals
 * Collaborate with Functional Consultants, Developers, and other stakeholders throughout project delivery
 * Contribute to technical documentation, code reviews, and development best practices
