* Expérience : 5 ans minimum en développement Backend, avec une expérience confirmée en tant que Tech Lead ou Lead Developer.
 * Binôme Produit : Tu sais challenger un Product Manager, comprendre les enjeux business et prioriser la dette technique face aux features.
 * Expertise Java : Spring Boot n'a plus de secret pour toi, et tu maîtrises les enjeux de scalabilité et de disponibilité.
 * Esprit "Core" : Tu as une vision systémique et aimes construire des outils génériques, réutilisables et documentés pour l'ensemble d'un grand groupe.
 * Communication : Capable de vulgariser des concepts complexes pour des décideurs tout en restant une référence technique pour tes pairs.
 * Langues : Anglais courant (contexte international).
 * Mindset : Tu es passionné·e par l'économie circulaire et la #Tech4Good.

## Description

En tant que Tech Lead, tu es le pilier technique de la squad. Tu travailles en véritable binôme avec le Product Manager pour traduire la vision produit en réalité technologique. Tes missions :

 * Lead d'équipe & Mentorat : Tu motives et accompagnes l'équipe sur le delivery et sur la montée en compétences des développeurs plus junior.
 * Architecture & Conception : Tu conçois et développes des services robustes pour supporter le cycle de vie des produits de 2nde vie
 * Vision Core Asset : Tu pilotes l'évolution de la solution pour assurer son intégration fluide et pérenne au sein des assets "Core" de Decathlon.
 * Excellence Opérationnelle : Tu garantis les best practices (Clean Code, Sécurité, Observabilité) et définis la roadmap technique pour tenir la charge du scaling worldwide.
