## About the Role

De formation Bac +2 en informatique ou équivalent, vous avez 3 ans d'expérience similaire minimum.
Une expérience sur les équipements mobiles Android et IPhone est attendue. Une connaissance sur l'AD est souhaitée.
Expérience sur W11 est impérative. La connaissance de Service Now est un plus.
Au vu du poste en mode kiosque une posture professionnelle, bienveillante et respectueuse ainsi qu'un sens du service client sont indispensables.
Permis B nécessaire pour des déplacements ponctuels.

## Description

Vous aurez en charge l'installation, la maintenance et le dépannage de postes informatiques des utilisateurs via les outils internes en mode kiosque.
Vous êtes chargés de la gestion du parc informatique , du déploiement des applications nationales.
Vous êtes garant du bon fonctionnement des installations qui vous sont confiées, du maintien du bon niveau de sécurisation des postes du parc.
Vous assistez et accompagnez les utilisateurs aux nouveaux outils informatiques. (Office 365 et divers conseils techniques)
Vous intervenez sur la téléphonie mobile...
