## Description

System One has partnered with a growing organization that is seeking a highly skilled Senior IT Generalist to oversee all aspects of the organization's technology operations. This individual will serve as the primary technical resource-managing systems, supporting staff, maintaining security and compliance, and ensuring reliable, efficient, and secure technology performance across the office., Technical Support & End-User Assistance

 * Provide day-to-day technical support to attorneys and staff (Windows, macOS, mobile devices).
 * Troubleshoot hardware, software, network, and connectivity issues.
 * Maintain user accounts, permissions, and access controls across systems.
 * Offer training and onboarding support for new hires on firm systems and applications.

Systems Administration

 * Manage and maintain servers, workstations, printers, and network infrastructure.
 * Oversee Active Directory, Microsoft 365, Exchange Online, Azure AD, and SharePoint environments.
 * Monitor system performance and implement updates, patches, and upgrades.
 * Administer and support specific applications such as:
 * Document management systems (NetDocuments, iManage, SharePoint)
 * Coordinate with vendors for software troubleshooting and updates.

Cybersecurity & Compliance
