## About the Role

* 5+ years of IT experience, ideally within a Managed Service Provider (MSP) or IT services environment.
\n

 * Strong hands-on experience with Windows Server, Active Directory, Microsoft 365 and related Microsoft technologies.
\n

 * Experience managing virtualised environments using VMware or Hyper-V.
\n

 * Solid networking knowledge, including TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLANs, routing and VPNs.
\n

 * Experience configuring and troubleshooting firewalls and network security solutions.
\n

 * Proven experience with infrastructure projects, server migrations and backup/recovery solutions.
\n

 * Strong troubleshooting skills across servers, networking and cloud environments.
\n

 * Excellent communication skills and confidence working directly with clients.
\n

 * Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities and mentor less experienced engineers.
