## Description

Lead L3 troubleshooting and resolution of complex network incidents across LAN, WAN, WLAN, data center and security environments

 - Design, implement and support Cisco ACI, SDA, wireless and Palo Alto solutions

 - Manage network hardware lifecycle, software upgrades and infrastructure enhancements

 - Perform root cause analysis and drive corrective actions

 - Support P1 bridge calls and coordinate with cross-functional teams during critical incidents

 - Collaborate with infrastructure, application and security teams

 - Deliver on-site data centre support to maintain round-the-clock operations
