## Description

+ Serve as the primary Subject Matter Expert (SME) for an enterprise F5 Big-IP platform, ensuring stability, security, and performance.
 + Own day-to-day administration, maintenance, troubleshooting, and lifecycle management of F5 infrastructure in a large global production environment.
 + Lead root cause analysis and implement corrective actions for complex production issues and escalated incidents.
 + Support Priority 1 and high-severity incidents involving F5 technologies, driving issues from identification through resolution.
 + Plan and execute upgrades, maintenance activities, and long-term roadmap planning to reduce technical debt and improve platform health.
