You'll lead the Business Solutions Architecture (BSA), Program Management Office (PMO), and Quality Assurance (QA) organizations - the three functions that shape how technology projects are prioritized, delivered, and trusted across Axon's critical operational and go-to-market platforms. You will serve as a key member of the Business Technology Leadership Team, responsible for aligning technology and delivery priorities with evolving business objectives. This role requires a strong combination of strategic thinking, organizational leadership, product mindset, operational execution, and cross-functional influence. You will partner closely with leaders across Sales, Finance, Operations, Customer Experience, and Engineering to define roadmaps, prioritize initiatives, and deliver scalable business solutions.
